1.Finishing
Finishing requires the application of different epoxy powders and liquid metallic paint. 
Finally, a clear film lacquer coating is applied on the wheel in order to confer greater brilliance and to protect it from abrasions and agents.
2.Flow formed
After initially casting using low pressure heat treated process, the cast wheel is then transferred for flow forming.
The flow forming process creates a wheel with perfect combination of strength, lightness and ductility.
Step 1: The flow formed process is started by placing a preheated cast wheel on a specially designed inner barrel mold.
Step 2: Dual rollers press into the wheel as it spins, moving upward to form the lip.
Step 3: Dual rollers press into the wheel as it spins on the mold, flowing the aluminum thinner, and vertically forming the shape of the inner rim.
3.Light weight
The flow form process compress, stretch and form a wheel that requires less material, boosting weight reduction.
4.Durable
Compressed and elongated, flow formed wheels are more impact resistant than conventionally cast wheels.
5.Strong
When combined, the lighter and stiffer attributes of the wheel births a strong, high performance wheel.
