The wheel hub is one of the most important safety parts on a vehicle, bearing the pressure of the vehicle and the mass of the load, the dynamic torque of the vehicle during starting and braking, as well as the irregular alternating forces generated by dynamic loads from different directions, such as turning, bumpy roads and the impact of road obstacles during the driving process. The quality and reliability of the wheels are directly related to the safety of the vehicle and the materials on board, as they must undergo rigorous testing before they can be put into use!
For the "devil's test" of wheel quality, JWHEEL presents some of the tests carried out during the production process.
No cottage wheel can pass these "devil tests"

The quality and reliability of the wheels are directly related to the safety of the vehicle and the materials on board, as they must undergo rigorous testing before they can be put into use!
For the "devil's test" of wheel quality, JWHEEL presents some of the tests carried out during the production process.
1.Airtightness testing
The water pressure test is a 30s holding pressure at ≥0.4MPa, and the air leakage of the aluminium wheel is checked by visually observing the air bubbles in the water when the wheel is leaking, no air leakage is allowed in any part of the wheel during the test, and the wheel can be shipped only after passing the test!
2.Dynamic balance test
The wheels of a car are made up of tyres and hubs, which, due to manufacturing reasons, make it impossible to distribute their mass evenly. When the wheels of a car rotate at high speed, a dynamic imbalance will be formed, causing the vehicle to shake the wheels and vibrate the steering wheel while driving. The purpose of tyre balancing is to make the tyres evenly distributed through local weight gain and to achieve a balanced state of operation.
3.X-ray inspection
The wheel X-ray inspection system consists of a high-frequency X-ray machine, an X-ray digital flat detector, a special mechanical device for wheel inspection, a computerised image processing system, a control device and a lead-protected room. The system can quickly and accurately detect defects such as porosity, cracks and looseness in all parts of the wheel.
The above test materials are taken from JWHEEL laboratory wheel quality tests
Jwheel, as an professional wheel manufacturer, concentrates in R&D and manufacturing of aluminum alloy wheels, including casting wheels, forging wheels and flow-form wheels. The products of it have passed the certifications of SEI、SEMA,VIA, JWL, JWL-T, TUV and so on. Since establishment, Jwheel has been developing steadily, with rich experience of designing and producing aluminum alloy wheels. It has earned the appreciation of both domestic market and foreign market with its high technology, good quality and customer service. It provided OEM service to many international brands like Vossen, OE Wheel, TSW, Rays, ProLine, Oxygen, AUTEC, etc., and it also provide ODM service, that is, for producing a new wheel, you can just provide a sketch, drawing or picture, and then Jwheel will finish the rest parts. By the way, the MOQ of forging wheels is four. (For more information, just go to the website: https://www.jjjwheel.com)
